BreakfastAt the hotel

Breakfast buffet scene: two women serve each other, one near the covered hot dishes and the other behind the juice vending machines. The counter is filled with breads and pastries, and the space is illuminated by woven straw hangers.

Start the day under the glass roof or in the veranda, facing the green park, with a generous buffet combining local Basque products, homemade recipes and gourmet sweets. Ossau-Iraty sheep cheese, Bayonne ham, ham from Bayonne, ham from Bayonne, ham from Bayonne, trout gravlax, homemade granolas and pastries, pastries, fresh fruit and squeezed juices make up an authentic and refined experience, complemented by eggs prepared on demand.
