A fire-driven cuisine,Basque, Iberian and Latin American

At Maison Chiberta, dining takes center stage. Created by chef Juan Arbelaez, the menu celebrates the power of fire and the generosity of Basque, Iberian and Latin American flavors. Meat, fish and vegetables are revealed through the imprint of the flame, enhanced by ancestral techniques and contemporary craftsmanship.

A culinaryspectacle

The staging of this fire-driven cuisine relies on spectacular installations, such as the outdoor fire cage, where heat cooking becomes a true show. Over embers or open flame, the cured meats and fish are crafted to create a distinctive signature of flavor.
