Une cuisine au feu, Basque, Ibérique et Latino-américaine

At Maison Chiberta in Anglet, the table takes center stage. Signed by chef Juan Arbelaez, the menu celebrates the power of fire and the generosity of Basque, Iberian and Latin American flavors. Meat, fish and vegetables are revealed there under the imprint of the flame, enhanced by ancestral techniques and contemporary know-how.

A culinaryShow

The staging of this fiery cuisine is based on spectacular installations, such as the outdoor brazier cage, where cooking at high heat turns into a real show. A smokehouse completes the experience, allowing you to work with charcuterie and fish, for a unique taste signature.

Every Sunday, Maison Chiberta in Anglet invites you to a gourmet and convivial gathering: Brunch à la Braise. Much more than just brunch, it is a true celebration of fire and sharing, centered around food cooked on a brazier.

Both indoors and outdoors, the experience revolves around the monumental brazier, in a generous and relaxed atmosphere. Buffets of local products, sweet treats, cocktails, and fresh juices complete this Sunday interlude, designed for getting together with family or friends, between the pine trees and the ocean.
